Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development or equivalent.
• At least five years of HR Business Partner experience in a multinational company, preferably in a production environment.
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders and coach leaders.
• Broad HR toolbox including talent & performance management, organizational development, change management, labor relations, learning & employee engagement.
• Sound knowledge of Swedish labor law and experience in union negotiations.
• Clear and confident communication in English and Swedish.

• Partner with factory leadership to translate business needs into clear people priorities and plans.
• Build managerial capabilities and coach managers on change, organizational design, performance, employee relations and rewards.
• Lead and support labor relations, union negotiations and compliance with Swedish employment practices.
• Drive workforce planning, competence development, succession planning and talent initiatives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and roll out P&C policies and programs (talent, L&D, compensation).
• Analyze and interpret key people data to identify trends and talent needs; communicate findings to the business.
