Job summary

Ingka Group is seeking a Change Management & Roll-out Leader for its Omnichannel Marketing Acceleration Program, based in Malmö, Sweden. This one-year temporary contract role focuses on enabling global and local adoption across receiving organisations and coordinating with country teams to ensure a coherent IKEA experience.

You will lead change activities, coordinate across functions, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption and engagement while aligning with transformation goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in transformation and leading change initiatives or roll outs in large, complex organisations, ideally in marketing and commercial environments
• Solid background in marketing operations or omnichannel marketing with practical understanding of modern MarTech tools and how they impact daily marketing flows
• Proven experience collaborating with cross functional teams and/or country organisations, acting as a trusted partner to a country team
• Strong foundation in change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement
• Exceptional coordination, facilitation and communication skills
• Ability to navigate multiple priorities and adapt to changing contexts with competing deadlines
• Rooted in IKEA values; IKEA experience is a strong plus, especially from a country organisation

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the change management and roll out plan for selected global- and country receiving organisations
• Define, coordinate, and facilitate local change activities across workstreams
• Support the development and execution of communication and engagement plans
• Monitor adoption progress and surface feedback, risks, and opportunities
• Contribute to the creation of change materials, training, and stakeholder engagement activities
• Ensure alignment with overall transformation goals and timelines
