Job summary

IKEA is seeking a Stakeholder & Engagement Leader in Malmö, Sweden. You will build and lead IKEA's global stakeholder engagement and partnerships, shaping how the company engages with prioritised organisations, leaders and networks that influence its future.

You’ll work with senior leaders across Ingka Group to ensure IKEA remains a trusted and influential voice in key conversations. You will develop proactive engagement strategies, coordinate messages and spokespeople, and identify

Qualifications

At least 8 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, partnership, public affairs, corporate communications, sustainability or related fields.
Strong track record of building and nurturing internal and external relationships.
Experience working in complex and international environments.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and coordination.

Responsibilities

Drive proactive stakeholder engagement that strengthens trust and supports business priorities.
Develop and maintain a global approach to stakeholder engagement and partnerships.
Lead Ingka's participation in strategic stakeholder forums and events.
Develop strategies, frameworks and tools that strengthen stakeholder engagement capabilities across markets and functions.
Identify and develop partnership opportunities delivering long-term value.
