Job summary

You will work with senior leaders across Ingka Group to maintain trust, credibility and influence in key environments.

The role requires 8+ years in stakeholder engagement or related fields, a proven ability to build trusted relationships, and excellent communication and influencing skills.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience within stakeholder engagement, partnership, public affairs, corporate communications, sustainability or related fields.
• Strong track record of building and nurturing internal and external relationships.
• Experience working in complex and international environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive stakeholder engagement that strengthens trust and aligns with business priorities.
• Develop and maintain a global approach to stakeholder engagement and partnerships across markets.
• Lead Ingka's participation in strategic stakeholder forums and events, shaping messages and coordinating spokespeople.
• Develop strategies, frameworks and tools that strengthen stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Identify, evaluate and develop partnership opportunities delivering long-term value.
