• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable decisions.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and influencing decisions across functions.
• Experience from retail, fashion, consumer goods or other product‑driven business.
• Structured and proactive approach to problem‑solving in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to balance commercial objectives with operational and supply chain considerations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute allocation and replenishment strategies to support profitable sales growth and healthy inventory.
• Analyse stock performance and identify opportunities to improve inventory efficiency and commercial performance.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to support customer demand and long-term stock health.
• Partner with Merchandising, Logistics and Warehouse teams to secure efficient product flow across stores and markets.
• Support expansion initiatives, including store openings, relocations and other growth projects across Europe.
• Monitor key supply chain and stock KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvements within supply chain processes and systems.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects, including warehouse transitions and future logistics set-ups.
