You will manage tasks from stocking supplies to coordinating internal events, supporting day-to-day operations, and improving office processes.

We are now looking for a proactive and service-minded Office Manager who enjoys creating structure, solving problems, and making sure the office is a great place to be.

You are someone who notices the small things before anyone has to ask. Whether it’s preparing for an upcoming event, making sure the office is fully stocked, welcoming a delivery, or finding a quick solution to an unexpected problem, you approach each task with energy and a positive attitude.

The Role

As our Office Manager, you will play an important part in the everyday experience at our Stockholm office. You will help ensure that the workplace remains organized, welcoming, and ready for whatever the day brings.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety. It offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in office coordination, administration, and event planning while working in a creative and fast-moving environment.

Your Key Responsibilities Include

• Making sure shared office areas are tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked
