Job summary

Hacksaw Studios in Stockholm is seeking an Office Manager to own daily operations and long-term planning, ensuring the studio runs smoothly as we grow.

The Role

As Office Manager at Hacksaw Studios you own the process from daily operations to long-term planning, ensuring the studio runs smoothly as we continue to grow. It's a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with management, external partners, and you will be responsible for our day-to-day work at the office.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Own the office budget, vendor contracts and supplier relationships.
• Be responsible for our day-to-day tasks, from restocking supplies and receiving deliveries, to staying close enough to catch bigger issues before they become problems.
• Plan and drive the studio's office strategy, space planning, upgrades, and improvements.
• Take ownership of larger internal events and initiatives.
• Be a contact person for landlords, facilities, and service providers.
• Support management with administrative coordination and scheduling.
