Job summary

Pharma Nord Sweden, based in Spånga, Stockholm, is seeking an Office Administrator for a six-month temporary position to support a growing international health-focused company.

You will handle orders, invoicing, mail, and general office duties while assisting the team with events and trade fairs. Fluency in Swedish and English is expected to support our Swedish market participation.

Are you ready to support a dedicated team in a growing international company focused on health and nutrition?

Pharma Nord, a leading producer of high-quality dietary supplements and preventive medicines, is looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Sweden. This is initially a six-month temporary position, with the possibility of extension.

Pharma Nord is an international company headquartered in Denmark, where our production facilities are also located. We specialize in pharmaceutical-grade dietary supplements and preventive medicines, with products sold in more than 45 countries through 25 subsidiaries worldwide. Our work is driven by a commitment to health and well-being and a strong focus on scientifically documented products.

Our Swedish office is located in Spånga, Stockholm, where a small and collaborative team supports our activities across the Swedish market. As our Office Administrator, you will play an important role in keeping the office running smoothly and supporting our day-to-day operations.

Your Tasks Will Be Varied And Will Include
  • Handling customer orders and related administration
  • Managing invoicing and supporting day-to-day financial administration
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Coordinating general office administration, supplies, and practical office needs
  • Preparing materials, supplies, and logistics for activities and events
  • Supporting customers and other external contacts when needed
  • Representing Pharma Nord at trade fairs, conferences, and other industry events
  • Assisting the team with other administrative and operational tasks as required
Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is organized, service-minded, and comfortable taking responsibility for a broad range of practical and administrative tasks.

You enjoy working in a varied role where priorities can change from day to day, and you are equally comfortable handling orders and invoices, helping a customer, preparing materials for an event, or making sure the office is running as it should.

Knowledge of dietary supplements, nutrition, or the health industry is considered an advantage. Familiarity with EFSA regulations and requirements relating to dietary supplements and health claims would also be beneficial.

As Pharma Nord is an international company, you should be comfortable communicating in both Swedish and English.

Employment

This is initially a six-month temporary position, with the possibility of extension. Depending on the development of the role and the needs of the business, there may also be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities over time.
