Job summary

Itproposal is seeking an experienced Nutanix Engineer / Networking IT Support Engineer for on-call Break & Fix support across Sweden. The role demands strong expertise in Nutanix and networking technologies, requiring a CCNA certification and excellent communication skills.

The candidate will provide support for various incidents, implement backup solutions, and maintain technical documentation. This role primarily focuses on delivering high-quality customer support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, virtualization, networking, or IT support engineering.
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Ability to work independently in customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote Break & Fix support for networking and infrastructure-related incidents.
• Deploy, configure, and manage Nutanix HCI environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, virtualization, and network issues.

Skills

Nutanix ecosystem expertise (AOS, AHV, Prism)

Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP)

Break & Fix support experience
