Job summary

IMI plc is seeking a Country Cluster HR Partner to advise business leaders across Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark, aligning people strategies with local needs and global standards.

You will lead HR operations, performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, and learning, while fostering an inclusive culture and data-driven decisions.

The role requires fluency in English and Swedish, plus willingness to travel regionally; prior multinational HR experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Swedish required.
• Experience in a multinational environment is preferred.
• Proven ability to support multiple countries and navigate cultural, legal and business differences.

Responsibilities

• HR partnership across Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark aligned with business priorities.
• Oversee HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, payroll, HRIS, and data integrity.
• Drive performance management processes: goal setting, reviews, feedback cycles.
