Job summary

IMI plc is seeking a Country Cluster HR Partner to advise business leaders across Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark, driving HR initiatives and supporting regional offices.

You will lead HR operations, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and learning, while collaborating with an international HR community to enable business growth and a culture of inclusion. Travel to regional offices will be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Psychology, or Business Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Swedish employment law.
• Experience as HR Manager or Senior HR Operations in a multinational setting.
• Experience supporting multiple countries and navigating cross-border rules.
• Fluency in English and Swedish; other languages welcome.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deploy global HR strategies.
• Oversee HR operations, recruitment, contracts, payroll, and HRIS.
• Lead performance management processes and reviews.
• Manage employee relations and investigations.
• Drive engagement, wellbeing and inclusive culture.
• Support regional talent acquisition and development initiatives.
• Identify learning needs and drive development programs.
• Champion diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Lead HR projects rollout across Climate Control.
