Job summary

UPS is seeking a Finance Specialist (Business Controller) in Sweden, based at our Nordic headquarters in Järfälla. You will support Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, and Ireland with financial analysis, reporting, and decision support within a dynamic finance team.

You will manage budgets, forecasts, and year-end close while driving process improvements. A university degree in economics and 2+ years of experience are required, with strong Excel/Power BI skills and English/Swedish fluency.

Qualifications

• University degree in economics with a focus on finance or financial management (controlling).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in qualified financial work.
• Very good analytical ability and a proactive working approach.
• Fluent in Swedish and English (speech and writing).
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial results: volumes, costs, revenues, and productivity.
• Perform profitability analysis and propose cost-saving measures.
• Handle budget, forecast, and year-end closing tasks.
• Produce internal and external reports in line with group procedures.
