Job summary

UPS Sweden offers an international finance role as Finance Specialist (Business Controller) based in Järfälla. You will partner with the Nordic operations across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Ireland, delivering analysis, reporting and decision support.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, profitability analysis and advisory to management. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and strong Swedish/English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in economics with focus on finance or controlling.
• Min. 2 years of experience in financial work.
• Strong analytical ability and proactive mindset.
• Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Additional Nordic language knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial results: volumes, costs, revenues and productivity.
• Perform profitability analysis and propose cost-saving measures.
• Oversee budget, forecast and year-end closing work.
• Prepare internal and external reporting and ensure compliance.
• Support other functions with financial reports, graphs and visuals.
• Handle multiple reports with attention to detail and problem solving.
• Review deviations and unusual costs; adapt to fast-paced environment.
