Mediq seeks a Demand & Supply Manager Nordics to unify demand and supply planning for Denmark, Sweden, and Finland. You will own the Nordic S&OP cycle, lead a distributed planning team, and push proactive, forward-looking decisions across the organization.

You will connect sales, tender, sourcing, finance, and logistics around shared facts and priorities, while driving inventory health and capital efficiency. Fluent English required; Danish or Swedish preferred.

Qualifications

8–12 years in supply chain, with 5+ years in demand and supply planning or S&OP.
Experience owning a full S&OP/IBP cycle and leading a planning team across countries.
Strong knowledge of inventory, working capital, forecast quality and stock risk.

Responsabilités

Own one Nordic demand and supply plan across Denmark, Sweden and Finland.
Lead the full S&OP cycle and governance reviews with clear monthly decisions.
Drive inventory health and working capital efficiency while minimizing excess stock.
Develop and mentor four planners and one analyst across multiple countries.
Coordinate cross-functional inputs from sales, category, tender, sourcing, finance, warehouse and transport.
