Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Data Center Commercial Director, Nordics, to lead a high-performing sales team and shape the commercial strategy for the Nordic data center market. You will own relationships with strategic customers and partners, drive business development, and secure major projects across the region.

In this senior leadership role, you will mentor sales leaders, align activities with business goals, negotiate complex deals, and build long-term partnerships that create value for customers

Qualifications

• Significant experience in sales leadership or business development within data center, HVAC, or critical infrastructure.
• Proven track record of winning and growing key accounts.
• Fluent English; Nordic language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Nordic data center sales organization.
• Drive commercial strategy and business development activities across key accounts and strategic prospects.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue major project opportunities across the Nordic region.
• Lead complex negotiations and support the development of winning commercial proposals.
