You will lead strategic execution, operational planning, and a culture of accountability, fostering transformation, client value, and talent development across teams.

Qualifikationen

• Commercially astute, performance-driven leader.
• Own and deliver the P&L with accountability for revenue, margin, and cash targets.
• Partner with Sales to co-develop and execute commercial strategies, including pricing, pipeline conversion, and strategic account planning.
• Proactively identify and pursue growth opportunities across sectors, services, and partnerships.
• Develop a 3-year strategic plan aligned with global strategy and local market dynamics.
