Job summary

Vantive is seeking a Contract and Tender Specialist to join our Nordic Tender Excellence team in Sweden. You will support public procurement processes, manage tenders, and administer contracts across the Nordics in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Fluency in Swedish and English is required, with Danish/Norwegian an advantage. The role offers a flexible hybrid setup between Kista office and remote work, and a strong focus on process improvement and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience in Tender Management, Contract Management, Public Procurement or related field.
• Strong understanding of tender lifecycle management.
• Excellent organisational and deadline management.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Experience in Medical Device/Healthcare is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide the business through tender management processes.
• Review opportunities, requirements, technical specifications, and submission criteria.
• Coordinate preparation and submission of compliant, high-quality tender responses.
• Manage tender and contract documentation, databases, and reporting activities.
• Provide pricing analyses, commercial comparisons, and bid/no-bid recommendations.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Technical Services, Customer Services, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency across the Nordic organisation.
• Utilise digital tools and AI-enabled solutions where appropriate to support productivity.
