McCann Nordic is seeking a strategic Social Media & Influencer Director to lead one of our key global clients in the product design and technology sector across the Nordic markets. You will drive strategic leadership, client growth, and the successful delivery of integrated social media and influencer programmes.

You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign delivery, stakeholder management, budget control, and continuous development of the social and influencer offering, while mentoring teams

Qualifications

• Solid experience in social media, influencer marketing, or integrated communications.
• Proven track record of strategic and commercial leadership.
• Experience winning, developing, and expanding client relationships and new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development and execution of social media and influencer programmes across the Nordic region.
• Act as senior client lead, building trusted relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery from strategy to activation, measurement and optimisation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to evolve social and influencer offerings.
• Drive best practices across social strategy, content, paid social, analytics, and measurement.
• Lead influencer identification, negotiations, and talent partnerships.
• Mentor and develop team members while managing multiple projects.
• Own account planning, resource allocation, and financial performance across clients.
