Salt is building an in-house creative team in the Nordics to shape a major European B2B brand. The Senior Designer (Nordic Region) will lead concept development and end-to-end design for campaigns, brand evolution, and internal communications, with autonomy and senior-level visibility.

You will mentor the Midweight Designer, influence direction with stakeholders, and contribute to a new design system. Remote work with flexibility to use a local office is offered.

Formación

• Strong B2B design background across digital, print and campaigns.
• Able to lead with stakeholders and influence concept direction.
• Autonomous in remote settings while staying connected to the team.
• Proactive, collaborative, and solution-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multi-channel design for Nordic campaigns and group initiatives.
• Develop strong visual concepts, elevating the brand and guiding evolution.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across communications, marketing and leadership.
• Mentor the Midweight Designer and guide junior team members.
• Help implement new processes to improve workflow, quality and outcomes.
• Ensure work aligns with brand, accessibility and regulatory requirements.
