Job summary

Verisure is seeking a highly experienced Nordic Corporate Security Manager to lead and develop security across the Nordics. You will define regional security strategy, align with global standards, and drive actionable outcomes across multiple markets.

You will work closely with senior leaders in Legal, HR, Technology, Information Security, and Compliance to embed security into business processes, ensuring proactive risk management and resilience across the region.

Qualifications

• Strategic leadership experience in corporate security.
• Proven ability to translate security strategy into actionable plans.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the Nordic security strategy across all markets.
• Identify risks, gaps, threats, and drive preventive actions.
• Lead internal investigations focusing on misconduct, fraud, and security incidents.
• Coordinate with HR, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Technology and Information Security.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and external advisors when needed.
• Develop predictive methodologies to strengthen fraud deterrence and loss prevention.
