Job summary

Einride is expanding and seeks a Security Protective Manager (Säkerhetsskyddschef) to plan, direct, and audit security protection activities under the Swedish Security Protection Act. The role focuses on vetting, analyses, and training across all teams, with a preference for Gothenburg-based work and adherence to privacy and security standards.

The ideal candidate has a background in classified operations and strong integrity, capable of balancing business enablement with strict gatekeeping.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent specialized training from Armed Forces or Säkerhetspolisen.
• Experience with security vetting in classified operations.
• Understanding of Säkerhetsskyddslagen (Swedish Security Protection Act) and GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Structure and execute end-to-end security vetting for hires and consultants.
• Establish and maintain Säkerhetsskyddsanalys and Säkerhetsskyddsplan.
• Design and deliver internal security briefings and trainings.
• Set technical and physical security standards for premises and systems.
• Act as main liaison with external supervisory authorities.
