Job summary

Avincis Aviation Sweden AB is seeking a Project & Business Coordinator to join our Nordic team. You will coordinate strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects across Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark, bringing structure, follow-up and momentum to diverse activities and management reporting.

You will support the Nordic management with analysis, contracts and decision-ready material, helping priorities move forward and decisions translate into action.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and project management or coordination skills.
• Understanding of financial analysis and business cases.
• Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience or understanding of contract administration and commercial processes.
• Understanding of risk management and governance.
• Strong communication skills in English and at least one Nordic language.
• Experience supporting management teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives across the Nordics.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, budgets, risk registers and progress reporting.
• Coordinate Management of Change (MOC) processes and document follow-up.
• Support preparation of business cases, investment proposals and cost-saving initiatives.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops and steering group meetings; follow up actions.
• Support contract administration, negotiations, renewals and amendments.
• Assist with commercial activities and tender processes.
• Prepare management reports, presentations and decision-making material.
• Analyze operational and financial performance; support KPI and dashboard reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve, simplify and standardise processes across the Nordics.
• Support strategic planning, organisational development and change initiatives.
• Act as a linking point between management, operations and support functions across countries.
