Job summary

Bravida Sverige is seeking an Operations Developer to join the Operations team. You will work on high impact projects and strategic topics for the Bravida Group, bridging strategy with practical implementation at a Nordic level.

The role is based at the head office in Stockholm with a Nordic scope and occasional travel to other Nordic countries, collaborating with Group Management and technicians across local branches.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering, business, or equivalent (Master’s or Bachelor’s degree).
• ~2 years of experience in consulting and/or project management within strategy or operations development.
• Very strong communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English (other Nordic languages are considered an advantage).
• Experience working with senior decision-makers as well as operational teams.

Education
