Job summary

TFS HealthScience is seeking a commercially driven Regional Manager to grow our Life Science Consulting and Strategic Resourcing Solutions across Sweden and the Nordic region. The role focuses on selling consulting services, resource solutions and FSP models to pharmaceutical, biotech, and medtech firms while managing consultants on assignments.

The position requires an established Nordic network, experience selling consulting or resource solutions, and the ability to lead a team of consultants

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new customers across pharma, biotech, medtech and clinical research.
• Generate qualified sales opportunities and build a strong regional pipeline.
• Sell life science consulting, Single Services and FSP solutions.
• Manage the complete sales process, from prospecting and first contact to proposals, negotiations and contract closure.
• Build relationships with senior decision makers, department heads, hiring managers and procurement functions.
