Job summary

Vend Marketplaces AB is seeking an experienced HR Compliance Lead to translate Nordic employment law into pragmatic, practical ways of working. You will shape employment practices, HSE frameworks, and employee relations across the Nordic region.

You will own the Nordic HR compliance framework, advise People Partners and leaders on regulatory changes, and develop tools to enable informed decisions across Reward, Legal, Privacy and Security in an AI-driven business.

Qualifications

• Legal degree with 5–10 years of Nordic labour and employment law experience.
• Strong Nordic knowledge with depth in Norwegian context.
• Ability to translate complex regulations into practical frameworks and tools.
• Proven track record in managing complex employee relations and unions.
• Interest in broader regulatory HR responsibilities beyond employment law.
• Collaborates across stakeholders and builds capability.
• Fluent English; Norwegian knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise People Partners and leaders through organizational changes and complex employee relations cases.
• Oversee Nordic HR compliance framework and HSE governance with practical guidelines.
• Collaborate with Reward, Legal, Privacy, and Security to address cross-functional regulatory needs.
