Job summary

Vend is seeking an experienced HR Compliance Lead to translate Nordic employment law into pragmatic, actionable practices across the Nordic region. You will shape employment practices, HSE governance, and employee relations, serving as the subject matter expert for Nordic labour law and providing guidance to leaders.

You will develop practical frameworks and tools to enable P&C partners and management to make informed decisions, collaborating with Reward, Legal, Privacy and Security for

Qualifications

• Legal degree with 5–10 years of Nordic labour and employment law experience.
• Strong Nordic knowledge with depth in Norway context.
• Ability to translate complex legal/regulatory requirements into practical frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Nordic HR compliance framework and HSE governance.
• Advise People Partners and leaders through regulatory changes and employee relations cases.
• Develop guidelines and tools to enable informed decision-making across P&C.
• Collaborate with Reward, Legal, Privacy and Security on cross-functional regulatory needs.
• Build compliance capability across the Nordics and influence stakeholder practices.
