Job summary

Enity Bank Group is seeking a senior leader to shape its future as Head of M&A and Corporate Development. You will partner with the CEO and leadership to identify, assess, and execute opportunities that create long-term value for a Nordic-listed bank across Sweden, Norway and Finland.

You will bring a commercial mindset with a strong transaction toolkit, turning strategy into measurable outcomes and influencing key stakeholders to move from analysis to execution.

Qualifications

• Investment banking, M&A, private equity or corporate development experience.
• Strategy consulting with hands-on operational experience.
• Senior roles within financial services, preferably banking or lending.
• Relevant academic degree in finance, economics, business administration, engineering or similar.
• Proven experience leading and executing M&A transactions or strategic growth initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen including valuation, business cases and capital allocation.
• Track record of driving profitable growth in a data-driven, performance-focused environment.
• Experience from regulated financial services, ideally banking.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and move from analysis to execution.

Your impact

As Head of M&A and Corporate Development, you will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to identify, assess and execute the opportunities that can create long-term value for Enity. This is a newly established executive role with direct impact on the strategic direction of a listed Nordic bank.

We are looking for a senior, commercially minded leader with a strong transaction toolkit and the ability to turn strategy into tangible business outcomes.

For this position, we offer a monthly salary starting at SEK 130.000. However, we recognize that experience and unique expertise matter, so there is flexibility to offer a higher salary for the right candidate.
