Job summary

WTW’s Nordic Global Benefits Management leadership role invites an accomplished senior executive to shape strategy across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. You will build trusted relationships with C-suite leaders and multinational clients to translate global benefits strategies into practical actions.

Based in the Copenhagen or Stockholm area with flexible location, you will lead market development, secure significant mandates, and guide cross-border teams while delivering excellent client

Qualifications

• 10+ years advising multinational organisations on global or regional benefits programmes.
• Proven track record of winning complex engagements and meeting sales/utilisation goals.
• Experience leading cross-country teams and major client relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive presence.
• Capability to connect capabilities across practices and turn data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Shape the Nordic GBM market and raise WTW’s profile with multinationals.
• Origin and convert significant GBM opportunities across the Nordics.
• Lead priority pursuits and act as executive sponsor for selected clients.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to address complex client needs.
• Ensure delivery within budgets, timelines and quality standards.
• Coach and mentor Nordic GBM colleagues and develop future leaders.
