Job summary

EY wavespace Nordic is seeking a Senior Experience Manager to lead and design human-centred design and innovation processes. You will manage internal and external stakeholders, guiding them through ambiguity to deliver impactful business results.

As part of EY Nordic wavespace, you will manage projects, design exceptional experiences, and facilitate sessions with senior stakeholders, leveraging design thinking and human-centred methods to unlock value for clients.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5-10 years in a senior role within innovation, design, transformation, or consulting.
• 5-10 years leading outcome-based workshops using design or innovation methodologies.
• Fluent in English; Swedish or Danish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects across EY wavespace Nordic.
• Designing workshops and experiences to drive collaboration and outcomes.
• Facilitating experiences and guiding diverse groups through ambiguity.
