Job summary

Proven track record in complex sales, market development, and growth.
Strong understanding of energy transition, electrification, and grid expansion.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the division’s strategy, market positioning, and growth agenda.
Identify new business opportunities and drive organic growth and acquisitions.
Lead, develop, and support managers across multiple countries.
Build a unified culture and strengthen collaboration across borders.
Ensure execution, prioritization, and operational follow‑up throughout the organization.
Drive the division’s financial performance, profitability, and resource utilization.
Serve as an active member of the Renewable Energy leadership team.
