• Proven ability to optimise digital customer journeys using data and insights.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations and Retail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activations for web and app across Nordic markets.
• Brief activations with the operations team and optimise customer journeys.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain on activations.
• Follow up on campaigns and analyse results with stakeholders.
• Identify issues across digital platforms using analytics tools.
• Map customer journeys and propose enhancements based on tests.
• Support the Digital Commerce Activation & Optimisation Manager across channels.
