Job summary

Nestlé S.A. in Stockholm is seeking a Digital Commerce Activation Specialist to drive the Nordic eCommerce experience. You will link eCommerce, Marketing and B2C teams to ensure first-class customer journeys and successful activations across web and app.

You will analyze customer behaviour, identify improvement opportunities and translate insights into concrete enhancements. Proficiency in GA, Power BI, Jira and Figma helps you collaborate across stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in eCommerce, digital customer experience or content management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activations on web and app.
• Collaborate with operations to brief activations, optimise customer journeys, eMerchandising and improvements across our eCommerce platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain teams on activations.
• Conduct follow-ups and analyse selected campaigns together with relevant stakeholders.
• Identify and follow up on potential issues across our digital platforms using Google Analytics, Power BI and other tools.
• Map customer journeys, identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements solutions based on results and A/B tests.
• Support the Digital Commerce Activation & Optimisation Manager in initiatives that develop the customer experience across other channels such as Retail, Trade and Media.
