Job summary

Laminar Projects is seeking a seasoned Cost/Commercial Manager to supercharge client service and manage project costs from concept through close-out. You will champion cross-functional collaboration with project managers, planners and design teams, while driving digital transformation in cost management.

You must have 10+ years in cost management within construction, strong leadership, and experience in the Nordic market with regular travel.

• Cost management background with 10+ years on construction projects.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Strong leadership with a track record.
• Proven impact improving projects and organisations.
• Experience in the Nordic market and travel every other week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cutting-edge cost management powered by digital tools.
• Oversee all commercial aspects from concept to close-out.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with PMs, planners and design teams.
• Bring fresh ideas, design new processes, and exceed industry expectations.
• Lead digital transformation and Laminar's project controls delivery.
