Job summary

Sectra is seeking a Project Manager for our Nordic Cloud Operations team to keep cloud services stable, secure and ready for clinicians who depend on them. You’ll connect customers, colleagues and technical specialists, drive projects from plan to go-live, and ensure delivery aligns with scope and timelines.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams, translate customer needs into actionable plans, maintain roadmaps, manage risks and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, engineering or business.
• Experience in project management or coordination.
• Structured working style with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and relationship skills with customers.
• Interest in IT systems and ability to understand technical discussions.
• Fluency in Swedish, Danish or Norwegian, and very good English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and follow up projects from start through go-live and handover to operations.
• Define scope, tasks and resource needs with the team.
• Build and maintain project roadmaps with timelines and deliverables.
• Deliver against milestones, scope and timelines.
• Build relationships with team, customers and stakeholders; manage expectations.
• Communicate status, risks and decisions clearly; escalate when needed.
• Help improve planning, coordination and delivery of services.
