Tieto Caretech is seeking an Enterprise Solution Architect to join the Nordic Market team. You will translate customer strategy into target solutions and collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to align roadmaps with customer outcomes.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, lead architecture discussions, and shape proposals that address Nordic customer needs while driving cross-functional collaboration and market insights.

Formación

• Experience in solution architecture or a similar customer-facing role.
• Ability to connect business needs with technology and practical solution design.
• Deep experience with complex software solutions and integrations.
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at senior level.
• Proactive, structured and able to explain complex topics clearly.
• Fluency in one of the Nordic languages and English.

Responsabilidades

• Support Sales Managers and Business Developers across the Nordic countries in understanding customer needs and developing solution approaches.
• Translate business and customer requirements into solution concepts, architecture overviews and proposals.
• Become a trusted advisor for customers.
• Connect with senior stakeholders at customer side.
• Present our solutions and explain how they can support customer priorities.
• Coordinate input from Delivery teams and other experts when shaping solutions.
• Identify risks, dependencies, assumptions and delivery considerations related to proposed solutions.
• Share customer and market insights to support development of our offering and go-to-market approach across the Nordics.
