Tieto Indtech is seeking a Billing Operations Manager to own invoicing, revenue forecasting, and optimization for its Nordic markets. The role blends hands-on billing with data-driven process improvements in a dynamic tech environment.

You will drive automation, collaborate across functions, and contribute to standardized billing practices while supporting month-end close and revenue reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in billing operations or revenue accounting.
• Hands-on with invoicing systems and ERP solutions.
• Solid understanding of revenue recognition and order-to-cash processes.
• Fluency in English; Norwegian/Swedish/Danish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own invoicing and revenue forecasting for our Norwegian operations.
• Handle recurring, annual and usage-based billing across cloud and on-premise solutions.
• Ensure accurate billing data and support month-end closing and revenue reporting.
• Investigate discrepancies and strengthen financial controls and data quality.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive automation and harmonized billing practices across Nordic markets.
