Job summary

Epiroc is seeking a Project Leader Academy for Northern Europe to drive development and delivery of training solutions that support customers, employees, and business growth. You will manage complex training projects across multiple sites and countries while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely, scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in training, learning and development, or competence management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across the organization.
• Business-oriented mindset with the ability to identify scalable value creation.
• Fluency in English and Swedish (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing new training solutions based on customer and business needs.
• Leading complex customer training projects with multiple stakeholders, products, sites, or countries.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams with clear scope, ownership, timelines, and outcomes.
• Driving project execution, managing risks, and delivering business value.
• Collaborating with trainers, product specialists, product divisions, sales and service teams to create sustainable learning solutions.
• Identifying opportunities to standardize and scale training concepts across the region.
