Job summary

NOFO Hotel AB in Stockholm seeks a passionate chef to join the NOFO Wine Bar kitchen. You will work closely with the head chef to prepare daily dishes for the wine bar and events, ensuring top quality and consistency while following our menus and recipes.

You will assist with stock checks, restocking, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen in line with hygiene standards. Evening and weekend shifts are required.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Chef at NOFO Wine Bar, you will be a key part of the kitchen team, working closely alongside your colleagues under the guidance of out head chef Tindra Hammarlund. Your responsibilities include daily food preparation and service in our wine bar and during events, ensuring every dish leaves the kitchen at the highest quality and consistent with our standards. You will follow our menus and recipes closely, assist with basic stock checks and restocking as needed, and help maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen at all times, in line with our hygiene and food safety standards.
