About the Role

As Head Bartender, you play a key role in leading the bar team and ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the highest level of service and quality. You are responsible for the daily operations of the bar, team performance, and the continued development of TAK’s bar concept. You work closely with the Bar Manager and collaborate with other departments to create a seamless and elevated guest experience. Your role combines operational excellence, leadership, and creativity.
