Job summary

Redeploy seeks a NetOps Engineer to own the day-to-day management of a Fortigate environment spanning on‑prem and Azure in Stockholm. You will work daily with experienced network and cloud engineers as part of a dedicated Ops team.

Your role includes operating, improving, and troubleshooting the Fortigate setup, handling tickets, and contributing to cloud networking improvements. The position is hybrid, with Stockholm as the base and occasional on-site client days.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Fortigate firewalls for rule creation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with FortiManager for sync status and changes in the platform.
• Strong networking fundamentals at a CCNA-equivalent level (VLANs, routing, switching).
• Understanding of cloud networking on Azure, AWS or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Operate, improve and troubleshoot the Fortigate environment spanning on‑prem and Azure.
• Handle daily tickets, change requests, and deeper troubleshooting with log analysis.
• Collaborate in a dedicated Ops team and closely with an enterprise client.
