Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Cloud Operations, DevOps or a similar role.
• Experience operating environments in Azure or AWS, preferably both.
• Understanding of monitoring, logging, metrics and tracing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot live environments, resolve incidents.
• Maintain and improve cloud platforms to meet service levels.
• Lead root-cause analysis and utilize automation to enhance reliability.
