Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager – OT Infrastructure / Senior Network Security Engineerwith strong expertise in Palo Alto firewall technologies and enterprise network security operations.

Key Responsibilities

Network Security Operations

• Provide L3 support for enterprise network security infrastructure with primary focus on Palo Alto firewalls
• Manage and troubleshoot security policies, NAT, VPN connectivity, routing issues, packet drops, and traffic flow problems
• Configure and support Palo Alto features including:
  
  • Security Policies
  • NAT Policies
  • GlobalProtect
  • IPSec VPN
  • URL Filtering
  • App-ID / User-ID
  • Threat Prevention
  • WildFire
  • Panorama Management
• Perform firewall policy reviews, optimization, cleanup, and recertification activities
• Review firewall logs and security events to identify risks, abnormal traffic patterns, and misconfigurations
• Support firewall migrations, refresh projects, policy tuning, and onboarding of new applications/sites

Incident, Change & Problem Management

• Act as escalation point for P1/P2 incidents related to network security services
• Lead technical bridge calls and coordinate with server, cloud, network, application, and security teams
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions for recurring issues
• Execute controlled changes with risk assessment, rollback planning, validation, and governance
• Ensure post-change validation and service restoration checks are completed

Operations & Governance

• Manage daily security operations and ensure SLA adherence
• Coordinate with customers, OEM/vendor teams, and internal stakeholders
• Drive operational improvements, standardization, and compliance initiatives
• Prepare operational reports covering risks, backlog, incidents, and service improvements
• Maintain SOPs, runbooks, troubleshooting guides, topology maps, and security documentation
• Support audit, vulnerability remediation, hardening, and compliance activities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise network security operations
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Palo Alto Networks firewalls
• Good knowledge of Panorama management
• Strong understanding of:
  
  • TCP/IP
  • Routing & Switching
  • NAT
  • SSL/IPSec VPN
  • Firewall Rule Flow
  • Packet Capture & Traffic Analysis
• Experience in firewall policy management and security operations
• Understanding of hybrid infrastructure environments including datacenter, WAN, and cloud connectivity
• Experience with security log analysis and troubleshooting methodologies
• Strong incident management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to independently manage L3-level escalations and operational issues
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills

Note: For this position, Swedishand English communication proficiency mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Azure or AWS cloud security controls
• Experience with SIEM and security monitoring integrations
• Knowledge of other firewall platforms is an advantage
• Automation or scripting exposure for operational efficiency
• Familiarity with OT or industrial infrastructure environments
