Job summary

CodeSeason AB is actively seeking an experienced Multi-Site HSE Officer to support a major data centre construction project across Eskilstuna, Katrineholm, and Västerås in Sweden. The role involves promoting health, safety, and environmental compliance across sites and liaising with QEHS and construction teams.

The candidate will conduct inspections, develop RAMS, investigate incidents, and deliver safety training while traveling between sites as required. Base location is Eskilstuna.

Qualifications

• BAS-P and BAS-U certification/training required.
• 2-4 years of relevant HSE experience.
• Strong knowledge of Swedish health and safety legislation and regulations.
• Experience with RAMS, inspections, audits, and incident reporting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly HSE inspections and audits.
• Review and develop RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
• Identify hazards and implement appropriate control measures.
• Support incident, accident, and near-miss investigations.
• Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and refresher training.
• Participate in HSE meetings with employees, subcontractors, and management.
• Maintain accurate HSE documentation and reporting.

CodeSeason AB is seeking an experienced Multi-Site HSE Officer to support a major data centre construction project across multiple active sites in Sweden. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and promoting the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across project locations in Eskilstuna, Katrineholm, and Västerås, with Eskilstuna serving as the base location.

Working closely with the QEHS Manager, Construction Managers, site teams, and subcontractors, you will help ensure a safe working environment while supporting the successful delivery of a high-profile infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly HSE inspections and audits.
• Review and develop Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
• Identify hazards and implement appropriate control measures.
• Support incident, accident, and near-miss investigations.
• Monitor and close out HSE non-conformities and corrective actions.
• Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and refresher training.
• Participate in HSE meetings with employees, subcontractors, and management.
• Maintain accurate HSE documentation and reporting.
• Monitor safety observations, incidents, and trends.
• Promote positive safety culture and share best practices across sites.
• Travel regularly between project locations as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• BAS-P and BAS-U certification/training.
• 2-4 years of relevant HSE experience.
• Strong construction health and safety experience.
• Good knowledge of Swedish health and safety legislation and regulations.
• Experience with RAMS, inspections, audits, and incident reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with site teams and subcontractors.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Full clean driving licence.
• Experience working on data centre projects or other mission-critical environments.
