Job summary

FAM ENERGY SERVICE Srl is seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor for a 3-month project at a Swedish site, starting September 2026. You will verify HSE compliance, conduct audits, and report to the Site Manager.

The candidate should have several years of HSE experience in industrial construction or heavy industry, with strong knowledge of safety regulations and excellent communication in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Verifying compliance with HSE and safety plans by contractors and subcontractors on site.
• Conducting HSE audits, inspections, and monitoring activities.
• Participating in Toolbox Talks and safety meetings with site personnel and contractors.
• Monitoring site safety conditions and reporting critical issues promptly.
• Preparing reports and communicating inspection, control and supervision activities to the Site Manager.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HSE performance.

HSE Supervisor (m/f/d)

Project: Siderurgical Plant
Location: Sweden
Start Date: September 2026
Project Duration: 3 months (with possible extension)

Working Schedule

• 10 hours per day, 5 days per week
• Plus 5 hours on Saturdays

Any hours worked beyond the standard schedule of 10 hours/day, 5 days/week, plus 5 hours on Saturday will be considered overtime.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Verifying compliance with HSE and safety plans by contractors and subcontractors operating on site.
• Conducting HSE audits, inspections, and monitoring activities.
• Participating in Toolbox Talks and safety meetings with site personnel and contractors.
• Monitoring site safety conditions and promptly reporting any critical issues.
• Preparing reports and communicating inspection, control, and supervision activities to the Site Manager.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the project's HSE performance.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a professional with:

• Several years of HSE experience gained on industrial construction sites, steel plants, heavy industry projects, or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent observation, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining close coordination with the project team.

Requirements

• The candidates mut be able to obtain the A1 form for the work assignment in Sweden.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Italian will be considered a plus.
