Job summary

Rugvista AB is seeking a Campaign Manager to join the Customer Growth team in Malmö. This hands-on role centers on translating seasonal direction into locally relevant campaigns across markets and channels, owning briefs, timelines, and activation.

You will connect Commercial, Creative and channel teams, ensuring alignment on what to do, by when and by whom, while applying market insights to enhance relevance and impact.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in campaign management, ecommerce, or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Own the campaign process end-to-end from handover to activation and follow-up.
• Own briefs, meetings and timelines with required assets and localization.
• Coordinate across Commercial, Creative and channel teams; address blockers.
• Drive localization across markets using insights to adapt timing, offers and messaging.
• Support hands-on activation including homepage and CMS updates in WordPress.
• Follow up performance and implement improvements for future campaigns.
