BIMobject is seeking a Growth and Activation Marketer in Malmö. You will drive visibility across paid and organic channels, build campaigns that convert, and fill the funnel with qualified demand. You will collaborate with Sales and Product while staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance and growth marketing, with 2+ years in B2B tech, product org, or e-commerce.
• Know paid and organic growth strategies and CTAs that convert.
• Strong lead gen and funnel optimization experience with KPIs.
• Hands-on with web publishing and advertising tools; conducts A/B tests routinely.
• Secondary degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Own visibility across paid and organic channels, driving growth and traffic.
• Build campaigns that convert by turning messaging into ads, landing pages and experiences.
• Fill the funnel by generating qualified demand and managing cost per lead.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product to align on ICPs and funnel performance.
• Grow by staying ahead of performance marketing trends and sharing knowledge.
