Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of assigned MOCVD production processes and recipes.
• Monitor and improve process performance, stability, yield, and repeatability.
• Define critical process parameters, operating windows, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyse data to identify trends, deviations and improvements.
• Support transfer and industrialization of new processes from R&D into production.
• Define process qualification and requalification requirements.
