Job summary

SiriusPoint in Stockholm is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee MGA relationships and delegated underwriting programs. You will ensure alignment with underwriting guidelines, regulatory requirements, and profitable growth through strong collaboration with underwriting, claims, finance and compliance teams.

You will report to the Head of Program Management and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to optimize program performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, or related field.
• Advanced degrees or certifications (CPCU, ACII, AINS) are advantageous.
• Typically 3+ years in program management, underwriting, or MGA management.
• Solid understanding of multi-class insurance products and MGAs.
• Knowledge of insurance regulations and best practices for program management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation with MGAs and stakeholders.
• Proven relationship-management and customer-focused mindset.
• Project management skills to plan and monitor program initiatives.
• Able to work in a dynamic environment with leadership and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with MGAs, acting as primary contact for program matters.
• Manage onboarding for new MGAs.
• Monitor MGA performance against KPIs and obligations, implementing improvements.
• Collaborate with legal, underwriting, claims and business development to negotiate contracts.
• Develop and maintain MGA requirements ensuring regulatory adherence.
• Assess and manage risks in MGAs and delegated programs with proper controls.
• Ensure MGAs comply with regulatory and legal requirements and align with our values.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis for new program opportunities.
• Prepare reports for senior management on performance and issues.
• Support MGAs on underwriting guidelines and product knowledge.
• Identify process improvements to streamline program management.
