Job summary

Strong knowledge of Solvency II and Swedish regulations is essential, along with experience in compliance within the financial services sector. Fluency in Swedish is required for effective communication with local regulators.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, reinsurance, or financial services.
• Ability to advise senior leadership and interact with regulatory authorities.
• Strong analytical and risk assessment capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Compliance function and oversee compliance framework.
• Identify, assess, and monitor compliance risks.
• Advise stakeholders on regulatory requirements and compliance obligations.
• Prepare and deliver compliance reports to senior management.

Skills

Significant experience in a compliance, legal, or risk role

Strong knowledge of Solvency II and Swedish regulatory requirements

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Fluency in Swedish
