Job summary

COWI is seeking an MEP Lead to join our expanding data centre team. You will coordinate mechanical, electrical and plumbing design across concept, design and implementation phases, translating client requirements into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical, electrical or building services engineering or related field.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary building services projects.
• Experience with data centres, mission-critical facilities, or complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP design and advisory services for data centre facilities.
• Act as MEP Lead from concept to design and implementation.
• Ensure technical quality, integration and coordination of MEP systems.
• Support project development from concept through handover; engage with customers.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate stakeholders.
• Support BIM coordination and clash resolution; drive energy-efficient solutions.
